"Stayed at this hostel during a cycling trip through Northumberland & The Borders. It has to be one of the the best accommodations I have stayed at, and the level of comfort and attention to detail was second to none. The host could not have been more welcoming. My room was at the top of the building up a set of quaint narrow spiral iron stairs, but once they had been negotiated, I was amazed at the facilities. For cyclists especially, this has to be the place to stay in Berwick, as there is bespoke cycle storage which has even been equipped with racks (although watch the low ceiling). 10/10 - a most enjoyable stay."
