En Route Stay Away @ Garden Cottage
Opening April 2015. Garden cottage is self contained accommodation in owners garden. Room with two single beds chairs and TV. shower room,small kitchen area with sink microwave kettle and toaster. Tea coffee etc provided. Heating bed linen and towels all included. WiFi available.
Secure lock up for cycles, tools if you need. Fridge and dryer for guests use.
There is also a log burner for those chilly nights. Relax in our garden and enjoy the view across the fields to the river.
Penkridge has plenty of places to eat and is only five minutes walk away. It has a market every Wednesday and Saturday. Jaspers is a renowned bakers with great bread and cakes.Good breakfasts at Dickens of a Tea Shop. Cannock Chase and the surrounding area is great for cyclists. there are many well known places to visit within easy cycling distance from Penkridge. eg Shugborough Hall, Western Hall, Canal pathways are also only five minutes away.
As a two times End-to-Ender, Paul knows that you need a warm welcome and a good rest after a hard day cycling.
